We will ship your package immediately upon receipt of your order/all relevant information and any payments. For orders made (i.e. when you've entered all the relevant information) before 11:00, we GUARANTEE to dispatch your package (subject to availability) on the same working day. Orders on weekends or public holidays will be shipped straight away on the next working day. From this point onwards, it's down to our shipping partner, DPD, to deliver your package as soon as possible. Deliveries to Austria are generally made in 1-2 working days*, 2-4 working days to Germany* (rest of the EU up to 8 working days*). Under shipping costs, you'll find more information about the shipment of your package and the shipping costs.

This means that, prior to shipment, we inspect each item for damage, unequal sizes, marks, etc. - if the inspection we perform prior to shipment reveals that one of the products you ordered is faulty or damaged etc, or can't be dispatched in the time specified for a different reason, then we'll get in touch with you immediately once we've checked your order.

Ist ein Versand an eine Packstation von DHL bzw. der Deutschen Post möglich?

It is NOT possible to make a delivery to a DHL/Deutsche Post packstation. We ship all parcels with our competent delivery partner DPD, so we can't delivery to packstations. So please give us a different shipping address.

Rückgabe bzw. Umtausch innerhalb des 14tägigen Rückgaberechts?

Of course you can have 14 days to try on and examine the goods you've ordered. During these 14 days after you've received your order, you can of course return your ordered items or exchange them for a different size/colour/model etc - and the returns from Austria and Germany are of course free of charge. If you make a return/cancel your purchase, we guarantee to return (please check the criteria for returning items) 100% of the amount you paid to your bank account (or PayPal or credit card account) within 10 business days. We can also issue you with credit you will be able to redeem on future purchases if you wish.

Deine Rücksendung - Wie gehst du vor?

Before returning an item, please ensure that the item you wish to return meets the following criteria:

  • The items are in their original packaging and have not been used.

  • You haven't worn the items (beyond just trying them on) and they are not dirty (no longer than 5 minutes on the treadmill).

  • The items are in their original packaging and have not been used.

Please only return items if they are in a state whereby you yourself would actually purchase them as new items (and not complain) if they were in a store on an online shop again.

Of course, these criteria do not apply to returns due to complaints about product defects or damage.

Before you return a package to us (even if you would like to make use of the 14 days you have to cancel an order), please use our returns system in your customer account in order to produce the correct return slip. This is because if items are sent back without a return slip, that can lead to processing delays. You will find all other information about returns in our returns system.
